The Premium Service™ system allows you to manage developments with almost unlimited number of properties. Serving everyone from the small letting agent and investor up to the large property agent and management company.
Is there a limit to the number of users I can have with Premium Service™?
Premium Service™ can handle a virtually unlimited number of users through an encrypted login user interface.
What platforms will Premium Service™ work on? (Windows, MacOS, Linux, Etc.)
Premium Service™ is designed to work on almost any standard web browser. It has been tested on Microsoft's Internet Explorer and Firefox. (We recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher or Firefox 3 or above). Premium Service™ also has put together scaled down interfaces for web enabled mobiles.
Can I customize parts of Premium Service™ to suit my development?
Yes, Premium Service™ is designed to provide targeted functionality to a wide range of users, we also understand that each client will have a brand image that they wish to promote and obviously local development information that they will need to convey to users (managed area maps, management company structure etc).
Is training available?
Premium Service™ training is currently available to your Agents as part of the installation package.
How much does Premium Service™ cost?
The cost of Premium Service™ will vary depending on the setup you select. Packages for large muti-unit developments can start as low as €500 for initial setup/training and €2/month for each user license.
What should I expect from Premium Service™ in the future?
