Well we are currently celebrating two milestone: The www.mypremiumservice.com domain is 1 year old, we have also been running the live trial for 6 months with a property management company in Dublin - This has given us great feedback and improvement proposals. Based in Ireland, the Premium Service application has been developed to simplify the day to day contact between residents and their management company and agents. The software has been designed by Abstract IDEAZ with and for Residents, Management Companies and Agents. It allows simplified submition and tracking of maintenance issues that are raised within a managed community (housing and/or apartments).
